Recipe : Vanilla Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze

Ingredi
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar
- 2-4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Vanilla Glaze
Methods
1. Combine granulated sugar, eggs and butter. Beat them well until incorporated with mixer.
2. Add milk. vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix them well until smooth
3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 170C
