Recipe : Pavlova



Ingredients

4 eggs white ( grade A )
1 cup of castor sugar
2 tablespoon of corn flour
2 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Thickened cream that had been whipped until peak form
Fresh fruits




Methods

1. Heat the oven at 180C.
2. Whip the egg whites until it stiff, then gradually add sugar
3. Whip the mixture until it turns glossy
4. Add in vinegar, and mix well
5. Add in the corn flour with the spatula
6. Spread it round on the cooking sheet
7. Turn down the heat at 130C and bake it for about 1 hour and 25 minutes
8. Once done, turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool down in the oven
9. After it cool down, spread whipped cream and fresh fruits on top of it.
