Recipe : Blueberry Cheese Tart

INGREDIENTS
250 g cream cheese
50 g castor sugar
1 eggs ( grade B )
1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoon lemon
METHOD
1. Whipped the cream cheese using mixer until soft and creamy
2. Add castor sugar and mix well
3. Add eggs,vanilla essence and lemon, and mix well
4. Put the mixture in piping bag,and pipe the cream cheese into the tart shell that have been prepared earlier
5. Then, bake in the oven at 170C for 5-10 minutes
