Recipe : Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

1. 1 cup sugar
2. 1/2 cup flour
3. 1/3 cup cocoa
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
6. 2 eggs
7. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated

2. Bake in the oven at 170C for 35 minutes

 The brownies taste better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream !
