Recipe : Brownies with Caramel sauce

BROWNIES

  • 400g caster sugar ( I use 300g)
  • 225g butter, melted ( I add together a small square chocolate bar and 2 teaspoon of coffee powder )
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 225g plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • I add 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • CARAMEL SAUCE ( I just add the ingredient sesuka hati ) and it turned quite well
  • Butter
  • Condensed milk
  • Teaspoon of MILO
  • 1/2 cup of water



METHOD
1. Mix all of the ingredients in the order given
2. Heat the oven at 180C and pour the mixture in a greased square baking tin
3. Bake it for 20 minutes and let it cool down
4. CARAMEL SAUCE : Heat the ingredients in low heat until thick and turn into brownish colour. If too thick you can add more water
