Recipe : Brownies with Caramel sauce

BROWNIES
- 400g caster sugar ( I use 300g)
- 225g butter, melted ( I add together a small square chocolate bar and 2 teaspoon of coffee powder )
- 60g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 225g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- I add 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- CARAMEL SAUCE ( I just add the ingredient sesuka hati ) and it turned quite well
- Butter
- Condensed milk
- Teaspoon of MILO
- 1/2 cup of water
METHOD
1. Mix all of the ingredients in the order given
2. Heat the oven at 180C and pour the mixture in a greased square baking tin
3. Bake it for 20 minutes and let it cool down
4. CARAMEL SAUCE : Heat the ingredients in low heat until thick and turn into brownish colour. If too thick you can add more water
